GOWANUS, BROOKLYN. David Ratner has leased 188 10th Street to Fina Metals, the Brooklyn sheet metal and fabrication company led by John Fina. The company takes a 4,400 square foot ground floor warehouse in Gowanus, exclusively listed by Ratner with Tri-State Commercial.

Fina Metals provides custom sheet metal fabrication, HVAC ductwork, installation and maintenance for commercial and residential projects across New York City, with a focus on precision, durability and fast turnaround.

The building gives a fabrication shop what it needs: ground floor access through a roll-up gate, open warehouse space for equipment and staging, and a central Gowanus location close to the BQE and the Gowanus Expressway.

“Industrial users in Brooklyn are competing for very little ground floor space,” said David Ratner. “Keeping a skilled trade like Fina Metals working in Gowanus is a win for the neighborhood.”

David Ratner leases creative, industrial and retail space across Brooklyn and New York City.
